Proxy List Verifier : Version History

Versions with an increased number at the end of the version number are
mainly bug fixes. Versions with additional functionality will have an
increased number directly after the dot.

For example, 1.1 has more functionality than 1.0.2, while 1.0.2 has no
significant extra functionality over 1.0.1.
